Our observations

  • Launch an Ayurvedic TC product in the market
  • Wants to be differently positioned in the market
  • Need to set up corporate operational procedures

Solutions provided

  • At first, Bramma designed a proper business plan for the organization (Operational plan, financial plan, marketing plan)
  • Then designed structure, operations process flow for each department and also set a vision for next three years
  • We implemented the business plan by developing internal team, infrastructure etc
  • Sales and branding were given a better focus where we helped to establish channel partners using internal team and also developed branding and marketing strategies
  • Also provided sales promotion strategies for channel partners, retailers and distributors and executed the same

Results

  • Within a span of six months, the company is established and presently landed in a notable position in Kerala OTC market
  • Started picking up the sales and on an plan to launch few more products.
