Project duration:- 10 Months (First phase 6 month and extended phase 4 months)

Client details – A leading FMCG food company having its network and operations across Kerala.

Our observations

  • The company needs to streamline its operational methodologies in order to improve sales efficiency
  • There is sufficient product awareness in the marker wherein sales channels are not so aligned and focused

  • We defined a proper organizational structure which includes operations and sales and marketing
  • We set up sales and marketing team and established a strong sales system
  • We defined guidelines for distributionship management and set targets for distributors
  • Underperforming distributor are terminated and allotted the area to new and good distributors matching our criteria
  • We also defined standard operating procedures for all the departments and implemented the same.


  • The company is still running in the same structure, system and methodologies since sales efficiency improved
  • They could spread operations to more geographical locations due to the streamlined operations
